This is a series where a female doctor with an unusual obsession with noses performs a nose-licking examination. Doctor Yumika sets her sights on Chihiro, who comes for a checkup, and ties her up. Then, using a nose dilator and a nose hook, she widens Chihiro's nostrils and laps at her sensitive nose with her long, snake-like tongue. She even forces Chihiro to open her eyes and exhales bad breath into her face, continuing the terrifying examination with saliva-soaked nose licking... A total of 6 scenes are included.
